Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged. In the unlikely event of a fault or damage, the item must still be returned before a refund or replacement is issued.

This helps us protect against the rise in AI-generated images being used in claims.
